Amon-Ra St. Brown Missing Another Practice
one year ago

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (abdomen) is missing his second straight day of practice on Thursday due to an abdominal injury. St. Brown continues to be limited to work on the side with trainers, so his status for the Week 5 game against the Carolina Panthers this weekend remains up in the air. The 23-year-old will likely need to get in at least some sort of practice work on Friday to have a shot at playing this weekend. Fantasy managers that took St. Brown early in drafts need to have a backup plan in place in case he's inactive. If he doesn't play, it will mean that Josh Reynolds could operate as the No. 1 wideout, with Kalif Raymond, Marvin Jones Jr., Jameson Williams and rookie tight end Sam LaPorta also having bigger roles.
