Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (rest, ankle) logged a full practice on Friday and has been removed from the final injury report. He will be active for Sunday's contest against the Baltimore Ravens. The 29-year-old has played in all eight games so far this season, amassing 35 receptions for 617 yards and two touchdowns. He's a somewhat risky fantasy play for this week considering he caught just one pass for 16 yards when the Browns faced the Ravens earlier this season. For the time being, fantasy managers should view him as a mid-to-low WR3/FLEX option.
