Amari Cooper Active Against Steelers
one year ago

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (groin), who was questionable to play on Monday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers to close out Week 2 action, is active and will suit up. Cooper aggravated a groin injury in practice on Saturday and was looking unlikely to play, but the 29-year-old must have made good progress the last two days and will now give it a go. Fantasy managers might as well roll with him in their starting lineups if they rolled the dice, but he could still easily disappoint if he's less than 100 percent and has his snaps rationed. Cooper had three catches on seven targets in Week 1 for 37 yards. Cooper being active hurts the upside for fantasy managers hoping to get more out of wideouts Elijah Moore and Donovan Peoples-Jones.
