Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper is coming off a seven-catch, 77-yard outing in a Week 14 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Cooper had been struggling in his three previous games before last week but the insertion of Joe Flacco into the team's starting lineup should be good for his fantasy production moving forward. Cooper will now face off against the Chicago Bears at home in Week 15. Chicago has been decent against receivers in 2023, allowing the 18th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Cooper can be utilized as a low-end WR2 heading into the first round of the fantasy playoffs in Week 15.
