Alvin Kamara Remains RB1 Option In Week 10
one year ago

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is coming off his worst game of the season, which also happened to be his lowest-volume outing on just 13 touches (averaging 25 touches per game before Week 9). The Minnesota defense is sneakily good against running backs, allowing the eleventh-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. That being said, Kamara remains a top option at the position due to his volume. He will remain the top dump-off option for quarterback Derek Carr, giving him a safe floor in PPR leagues. Kamara torched Minnesota in 2020 for six touchdowns in fantasy championship week and while that level of performance is unlikely, he historically has their number. Start Kamara as his usage likely will regress back towards his average.
