Alexander Mattison Looking To Stay Hot Against Saints
one year ago

Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison had his best game of the year in the Week 9 win over the Atlanta Falcons, producing 16.3 half-PPR fantasy points on 16 carries for 44 yards and two catches for 49 yards and a touchdown. He'll be looking to keep that going in a tough Week 10 matchup against the New Orleans Saints in quarterback Joshua Dobbs' first start with the Vikings. Mattison has seen double-digit carries in the last two weeks and in six of nine games in 2023. Minnesota should continue to lean heavily on him as long as game script allows, although he's facing a Saints defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest half-PPR points to opposing RBs this year. Consider Mattison to be on the RB2/3 borderline this weekend at home.
