Al Harris To Remain On Cowboys Staff Under Mike Zimmer

New Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer said defensive backs coach Al Harris will remain on staff heading into 2024. Harris has been recognized for his work with Pro Bowl defensive backs DaRon Bland and Trevon Diggs. The Cowboys have ranked in at least the top 11 in passing yards allowed per game in three of his four seasons on staff. Former defensive coordinator Dan Quinn accepted the Washington Commanders head-coaching job after an excellent three seasons with the Cowboys, and the team will likely try to keep as many defensive assistants as possible under Zimmer.
