Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon (groin) is officially active on Thanksgiving on Thursday to face the Detroit Lions in Week 12. Dillon was given a questionable tag on the final injury report on Wednesday but was expected to play. He will serve as Green Bay's lead back with Aaron Jones (knee) out with an MCL sprain and rookie Emanuel Wilson (shoulder) on Injured Reserve. Dillon should be given as many opportunities as he can handle against Detroit, with Patrick Taylor and James Robinson backing him up in the backfield. The 25-year-old bruising back hasn't been very efficient in a complementary role with Jones in 2023, but the volume boost alone will give him RB2 upside for fantasy managers on Turkey Day.
