Aaron Rodgers Sheds Crutches
one year ago

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) was recently observed walking without crutches. The veteran signal-caller tore his Achilles during the Week 1 AFC East meeting with the Buffalo Bills and was expected to miss the season. However, after having a "Speed Bridge" procedure to repair the tear, Rodgers has remained optimistic about returning in the postseason, assuming the Jets can make it that far. Nonetheless, while many still have doubts the former Packer will be back on the field this season, it appears he's progressing faster than anticipated, considering he's already walking unassisted. If anything, Rodgers' commitment to his rehab efforts could mean he plans to play next season if he's isn't cleared to return before the conclusion of the 2023-24 campaign.
