Aaron Rodgers Hits A Wall In Achilles Rehab
one year ago

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) said on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday that it was a "tough week of rehab." Rodgers added there's "some frustration" because he hasn't progressed as fast as he did earlier in his recovery, but he also acknowledged it's natural and part of the process. He still isn't walking without a limp because "I don't quite have the strength in my calf." The future Hall of Famer expects his recovery to pick up once "I can get to walking normal in a shoe, which is close, really close, then make a jump." The 39-year-old signal-caller is still hoping to potentially return if the Jets make the postseason, but that could merely be wishful thinking after he tore his Achilles on the first offensive series of the year.
