Aaron Jones Sporting Non-Contact Jersey At Practice
one year ago

Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) returned from his hamstring injury in the Week 7 loss to the Denver Broncos, but he's handled limited touches over the last two weeks and was seen practicing in a non-contact jersey on Wednesday. The 28-year-old has handled just 36 touches in four games this season, accumulating 244 yards and two touchdowns. He's clearly not back to full health, which means he'll continue to be a risky fantasy option in the struggling Packers' offense. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status updates heading into the Week 9 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have not been a favorable matchup for fantasy running backs this season, so Jones and AJ Dillon have shaky outlooks for Sunday. UPDATE: Jones was officially limited in Wednesday's practice.
