49ers Signing Rock Ya-Sin To One-Year Deal

The San Francisco 49ers are bringing in cornerback Rock Ya-Sin on an undisclosed one-year deal, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. The 27-year-old spent last season with the Baltimore Ravens, posting 13 tackles and two pass deflections in 14 games. In five career seasons (66 games), the 2019 second-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts has totaled 196 tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions, and 29 passes defended. He has not lived up to his draft capital, but he can be utilized as a depth corner in the talented 49ers defense.
